Calorie restriction II
Here is a picture of Mike Linksvayer. At the time of the picture, Mike was 36 years old and had been on a calorie restricted diet for six years:
I don't think it's the best look, but perhaps it's a price worth paying.

That just happened to be a REALLY REALLY bad picture of Mike. He is quite handsome actually, and does not look at all emaciated in person.
Good point, sticking the head out a bit makes a big difference to how people look.
