The Real Man Manifesto
Welcome to the brotherhood of 'real man'.
The year is 2005. We are a generation unmarred by major conflict. The communist ideology is largely defunct and capitalism, in its many guises, dominates the Western world. Despite routine scare mongering by the media, we are better off than ever before. The mechanical age has given way to the electronic age and powerful technologies are available at a low price to the masses. Scientific advances are continuing apace, inflation has been tamed, economic growth is improving living conditions across the board, and we have more choice than we know what to do with. Nevertheless, something is amiss in picket-fence heaven.
Somewhere along this path we believe man lost his way.
In today's world, success is measured in academic grades, and then, when we are suitably primed, by our salaries. These are the modern day yardsticks, the measures of man. The system has created a world where the majority of men no longer use their hands and minds in any meaningful way. Instead we are spending our time in tall, shiny buildings, wedged in front of computer screens, relentlessly analysing excel spreadsheets. We are no longer connected with nature, with each other, with what it means to be a man. We have abandoned tens of thousands of years of hunter-gathering, and instead are pursuing a different course entirely. This is creating an inner conflict in each and everyone of us, a deep sense of hopelessness and resentment. We feel betrayed.
The Real Man Fraternity (RMF) is no more than a product of the times we live in.
Before we condemn ourselves behind our office desks for an eternity, a small group of men from in and around North London have decided to make one last break for the border. In adopting the 'real man' way of thinking we hope to restore balance in our lives. The mission is to become enlightened through our actions and thoughts, to become reconnected with life and its excitements. Just as our peers are giving up the battle, getting ready to wilt and maybe even fall over, we are stepping up to the plate with a new set of demands from our lives.
What marks us out from the masses of men? Very little. RM is a state of mind.
At present we are not offering a range of overpriced merchandise such a RMF jackets, caps, t-shirts, or engraved rings. The RM committee appreciates how such merchandise would confer a sense of belonging to the brotherhood and increase the allegiance. However, we firmly believe the measure of the real man is not in his appearance but in his actions.
Think RM, breathe RM. Live RM!

The First ever Real Man Games will be coming to your crib very soon...
With the advent of the Real Man blogger, and the activities that have made the Summer of 05' a truly memorable adventure, its only fair to let the World games eneter YOUR WORLD.
Over the coming weeks, will provide guidance to RMG to all those who are still in the trial phase of what RM is all about.
This is no fad, but a spirit and one that can be accustomed to wherever one is.

Dear Fellow RM's
Today I will like to talk about the ever fearless topic of women.
If there was ever a threat to the exsistence of RM it would be of the female of the species. Dont get us wrong we love and adore them but the one time when the soul is free to wander is at RM headquarters.
There are no topics of like lets go to lakeside or the classic have I gone fat dilema. If yes you in trouble if no you are lying and have changed.... We at RMF try to tackle these with care and over the coming years will devolp standard comments to avoid getting into conflicts with the opposite sex.
We believe in peace and harmony recognising the fact that women are needed but men over the years have become weak. We need to pick up the courage and start life by building on our core foundation principle "Act like a man"
We have to start believing in ourselves and there is no place to start but at RM.
